Gasification Behavior of Phosphorus during Biomass Sintering of High-phosphorus Iron Ore

Developing the innovative technology for efficient utilization of high-phosphate iron ore was inevitable choice resource strategy. In this paper, exploring a new method gasification removal phosphorus by sintering based on biomass. Combined with theoretical analysis and experimental research, effects different conditions (biochar type, addition proportion, basicity) reduction behavior were studied. The results showed that biochar instead part coke powder could promote apatite increase dephosphorization rate compared full breeze. Among types fuels (fruit shell charcoal, straw bamboo charcoal), carbon had greatest effect rate. optimal temperature 1100°C, substitution proportion charcoal 20% basicity 0.5 removal, corresponding 28.77%.
